I remember …
… from my days as a student, I was preparing my sandwiches for lunch (6 of them) and wondered … ‘there must be smarter and faster way to do this’. It seems my brain is always trying to figure out a systematic solution to all kind of ‘problems’. It is not surprising that my professional life is also characterized by ‘process and production optimization‘. Always questioning how things can be done differently, better.
I have more than 25 years of experience in the field of industrial automation. As a manager and software engineer, but also as a control engineer, mechanic and service engineer. I have experienced what it takes to design, build and put into operation complex installations: a perfect combination between different technical disciplines! And I am not only talking about technology, but also about people.
I combine technical knowledge with a wide field of vision, a sharp analytical mind, good communication skills and, last but not least, a good sense humour to make sure there’s always a reason for a laughter.
Not only I oversee the dependencies between different technical disciplines, but also the relationship between product, process and the people who make it. I would like to share the knowledge and experience I have gained in the field of standardization, product modelling, LEAN engineering, change management and coaching.
IDECI, which stands for ‘InterDisciplinary-Engineering Consultancy and Integration’ has been created for that purpose!
