I remember …
… from my days as a student, I was preparing my sandwiches for lunch (6 of them) and wondered … ‘there must be smarter and faster way to do this’. I have more than 25 years of experience in the field of industrial automation. As a manager and software engineer, but also as a control engineer, mechanic and service engineer. I have experienced what it takes to design, build and put into operation complex installations: a perfect combination between different technical disciplines! I combine technical knowledge with a wide field of vision, a sharp analytical mind, good communication skills and, last but not least, a good sense humour to make sure there’s always a reason for a laughter.
Not only I oversee the dependencies between different technical disciplines, but also the relationship between product, process and the people who make it. I would like to share the knowledge and experience I have gained in the field of standardization, product modelling, LEAN engineering, change management and coaching.
